Could I get a TWIC card?

Just wondering if anybody knows if I could get a TWIC card. Had to load @ Penn Terminal and was told to wait on the street corner while hubby loaded. How embarrassing out there for 3 hours. Since I'm with him most of the time I wanted to apply when he went to pick his up in Gary. His is waiting for him. It would make life a lot easier. I e-mailed TWIC office but never got a reply and called the help line but couldn't get a real person. Any input would be great.

 

Thanks for the input. Thanks jbatmick but something tells me they might see a difference in the pic. LOL I'll apply when hubby picks his up. I shouldn't have a problem with the background check
