anyone have ibfo on Buel out of sc

They visited my class in NC. (The recruiter fell off his truck!)

From what we were told, they are strictly a lease company. He rattled off some figures that left me (and everyone else) wondering why the hell we would work so hard just to pay for THEIR truck, with nothing to show for it.

My instructor (who was an O/O for 12 years, 20 years company driver) said there was NO WAY he would ever consider what they were offering.

(For whatver it's worth, that is just the tidbit I heard/saw).

they have an ad that runs 365 days a year, that can't be good.

 

Let me warn any driver who may be looking at Buel. RUN AWAY! This is the most crooked , ilegal , ripoff opperation I have ever seen. I find it hard to believe that they are still opperating. I worked there and I cant believe that some one hasnt shut them down yet.They are in the business of making there money off the drivers. Not the friehgt. I have seen them go through more than 30 drivers in a month. they are constently having to call police to yard to escort drivers off property. Very angry drivers. Who had been out running ilegally for 28 days or more and came back to no money. Or even in the hole. They are dirty , ruthless , co who prey on unsuspecting drivers. Drivers who are usually a little nieve and want to run the long haul in a pete or KW. Stay away.
