Shippers Now Are Protesting HOS change

    Of course they are because it means that when they keep a driver there more than a reasonable time and he runs out of hours he will be stuck there and their load will not be delivered. We spent 21 hours at Cargill waiting to be loaded. Needless to say the load was delivered late. They don't have enough parking to handle the truckers that they detain.
