a whole lot of variables come into play.just like name brand tires.i couldnt get 45000 miles on steers,i found out how badly my truck need a alignment from a REAL shop.3 or 4 times i let the BOZO's at the truck stops do the work, only to eat up more tires.then i got a REAL shop to do the job, aaaand WOW.....70,000 miles on the steers and they are still like new.who da thunk? the drives have 167,000miles on them.2 different china brands and 2 are wearing out terribly the others are ok.2 of witch are exceptional.all you can do is roll the dice.chinese tires arent any worse than the others.they beat caps all day long.

Chinese tires are great.......they work best when ya throw them in the middle of a bon fire now and then......when it comes to tires, as long as your truck is lined up right, then ya get what ya pay for when it comes to the rubber hittin the road. stay with a good tire, plus if you have anything left of it when your done with it, the tire man might atleast give ya casing credit. chinese tire casings usually arent worth anything.

maybe they love you "long long time"...????

never heard of them, but the "double nickle/coin" i have.

as long as any tire made from any country meets or exceeds US DOT standards, they have to be a decent tire. heck, Toyo was never heard of long ago, now they are a major competitor.

Hancook (was originally a Korean made tire) was never heard of long ago either, i had first heard of them when i was in the garage business (about 30 years ago), and my warehouse tire salesman recommended them to me, as they had a lifetime warranty, so i bought them for the customers cars. best tire deal i ever made. now my dad's car has a set of 4 on it. i'd buy them for my car when the time comes.

I have tried most of the major brands over the years. If you are talking about Double Coin tires they wear very well on drives and trailers. The sidewall is a little soft on the trailer tires, but for the most part I have gotten very good wear out of them. I would prefer buying American made tires but at twice the price and not standing behind the quality I will take the Chinese, Japanese or other brands. Toyo, Yokohama, Double Coin and a few others are good tires and hold up as well as most any other brand. I am not going to pay $600-700 for an American made tire when I can get something comparable for half that price. At one time I only ran Bridgestone tires. Not any more. I don't see that they are worth the high price. Some say that they get lower rolling resistance with Michelin tires. Michelin is a French company but make tires in the U.S. I don't have a problem with the quality, but the price is way out of line for what I can buy elsewhere. I have been experimenting with different brands and don't see much difference between most of them.

I have Chinese tires on my boat trailer..Load Star brand and they last a long time and wear well.

On the big truck i had Good Years to start....they were ok but i went with all new Michelins and what a difference in the ride and handling.
Some tires you get what you pay for but some of the foreign tires wear good too.
My motorcycle gets German made tires only.......
