You call that small? :) I'm 1 of 11. They call or text and say "does this sound ok?" :)

Just pulled into ellenwood. Picking up a relay to Jacksonville. Guess what? Its a van trailer.

They told me I was getting a relay yesterday to get to the house, I told them I didn't wanna go home till the 9th, they said they'd put it in the system so I figured they would give that relay to someone else. Guess not. Oh well, only thing I'm bummed about is not getting paid the same as flats. I could tarp the van....but I'm not going too lol

Anyway, i pick this trailer up from here then its 307 miles to Jax. I deliver Monday so I'm gonna get close and do a 34 and claim layover to make up for not getting the same cpm as a flat load. :p

Wow I JUST did 626. Haha that is my new personal record.

And darn Ethan your super duper silver truck pulling that white box looking object.. Unacceptable! Lol.

At a TA on I-90 in Washington exit 34 east of Seattle. Here until Monday morning. 1800 miles. Sucks waiting! But this has been the best drive I've had in a long time

My personal best That I can remember was 634. When I drive next time out at night ill do a 24 HR period I don't remember what my last was. Heading to j-ville as well. Then to Orlando for home time relay out of j-ville yard. I'm 30 miles out now couldn't deliver this drop hook early and relay probably take 4ever like always to arrive at the yard BC preplan has a evening arrival and I drop tomorrow morning. As soon as it does ill be pounding the payment til I reach my doorstep. Just in time for whatever else is left of hurricane Issac. Truck needs a wash anyway.

Yeah my truck does to. But I won't be home for a couple days. Should be home on the 28/29th but my FM asked me if I wanted to take this load and I've never been out west so glad fully accepted it. Hopefully they can get me home b4 the 9th or on it. Rather not be working on my birthday. But if I do oh well, just another day I suppose.

Hope you all are having safe travels this weekend.

Happy birthday! My sister is also the 9th. Of course I am the 12th. Won't be home on my birthday... THen again, since I left home many many moons ago, always on the road somewhere either the Army, trucking, or former job that traveled! I don't make a big deal about it, its just another day.....

    Lantern Thanks this.

Make sure they take you off the van board! Don't get stuck on it cause they won't "voluntarily" take you off and will keep giving you loads. Been there done that!
