Call the local PD where it occurred and they will furnish you with a full accident report (if it is a closed investigation) for a small amount $

I live in Illinois the accident was in Pa. I was not involved in wreck but was a witness, lawyers are still calling me about the wreck, I helped pull a man from his burning truck. I know it was near Breezewood, but that's about it, and I don't remember the exact date it happened.

Call the attorney and ask him to provide you with a copy of the report. He definately has a copy! If he will not furnish it for you, ask him the PD that investigated it and the Case #
Good Luck ! Any other questions, feel free to fire away! -
if a case hasn't been settled in over 4 years what do u think is wrong? why do they still need me, I gave a statement along time ago over the phone. now they want me to go to a court reporter and have a phone confornce with attorneys.
-
I'm guessing that there is a substantial liablity suit going!
-
My thought as well. -
No doubt there is a civil lawsuit pending. Being asked to go before a court reporter and have a phone conference with attorneys... is most likely a request for you to give a deposition. If so, attorneys from both sides (or all parties named in the suit) will have an opportunity to question you.
Please note, you can rest assured that each of the attorneys involved in the suit have copies of the police investigative report!
