If he didn't pass the pee test he wouldn't be driving. It is against DOT regulations. IF you fail a drug test you are automatically OUT OF SERVICE!

Thats y he was sent home/fired is because he failed pee test. Ill give you a run down of what I have experienced in the last couple days. So as you know i was picked up a day after almost everyone else. He shows up at my motel and as i enter his truck i say hello and shake his hand and hes talking bout the weather and as i respond he points to his ear and i didnt realise he was on his bluetooth lol. Hes a cool guy soft talker with an accent so its hard to understand him sometimes. He uses Dip so a nice spit cup right where the brake knobs are :/ he said he wont let me back unless its wide open space but he let me back once already. Went to walmart to get some flipflops. He has me in the top bunk, im a big guy and in the t700 its easier than i thought to get up into. He has so much of his #### everywhere though that im forced to have my backpack and suitcase up in my bunk with me. First trip was to waco from rockwall then to aurora colorado. Were in a t/a getting a blown out trailer tir replaced. Oh also he has me at 55 mph the whole time and hitting jake brake everytime i slow down, hes a lease guy.

i just was looking at your list what stuck out to me was the clear wifi. I am not sure if that is same clear i have wifi thru. i live in cleveland area and have clear for my home internet( all that i could get no contract} My price for 5 mb unlimited internet is $50 a month but rarely do i get 2mb. They also throttle your service , if you use to much internet. or tell you at peak times we lower your speed so everyone can enjoy. consumer reports gives them a grade of f. So good luck when i get in will go with virgin or millecon.

Just want to say i am reading thru from beginning trans am was my first target after i get out of school. but heard to many negatives. will watch your thread to see your experiances

thanks for the heads up about clear, ive heard about millicon so ill check them out and see if they have unlimited. As far as transam goes and the negative feedback i bet 95% are from lease guys. Even in the break room i lie to you not but guy after guy who is lease comes in and complains about getting screwed around. Probably 10 guys in a few hours did that. As far as a company starting out of cdl school with little time with trainer and ok pay then its good, im deffinately not going lease. Btw the trainer i have now is making 700-1500 a week but thats because he has a student with him running up his numbers. The guy is paranoid with everything i do he doesnt want me hitting the breaks (so he doesnt have to have brakes replaced often) but then he gets mad at me for not slowing down fast enough for a turn, its like i cant win. Then he wants me at 55 mph and if i ary by a few mph hes on me. Then if i dont take a turn exactly perfect line that he sees he just gets on me, i would easily make these turns and im going wide but not the exact line he wants, its frustrating. Hope u dont get a lease guy as your trainer. Eh itll be over soon.

Hey Mike. My name is Rick and I will be starting TA soon too. Just wanted to ask you how you CLEAR internet service is working out on the road. I have a clear hotspot that is 4G only. Was wondering if it will be worth it to keep the service once I start at TA.

    #### pete every post from you has a dash of anger in it or something. Y not try and get referrals if they r thinking of coming to ta anyway. Its 50 bux for the blue collar guy and 50 less for the companys wallet. If i knew there was a referral deal at ta and i knew you before i went i would of put your name in there just to help a fellow driver a lil.

Thanks for the encouragement bseam, im counting down the days lol. My trainer is pissed btw hes getting crappy loads. Hes complained to all these big shots as we sit waiting at a drop in tennessee. They have a load going to maine which is 1500 miles but delivery isnt for 5 days. I hope he just takes it because i was born and raised in the northeast and id like to see that area again. Bye for now
