Thanks for the encouraging words. I put in numerous applications with no response yet, but I am going to keep pushing in them app's till I'm old and gray or someone gives me a chance. I'm so glad that this site exist though because there is a lot of great people on here that offer great advice and if anything else, encouraging word's. And for that, I thank you...
