    Team driving can be looked at both ways. In the case of CRST, the miles are split when the drivers are at two different pay rates. If both drivers are the same pay, you can look at it either way.

    The miles are split if u run 5 k miles u get paid 2.5k. I looked at it this way I get .12 a mile. But there company's that pay teams 45 cents plus. I would look around dont go. I finished my contract they say I still owe em 1500 its a joke there
