open oil cap, if no pressure inside - replace crankcase pressure sensor. it is on cyl block wall, near oil pressure sensor.

If you gotta pressure in crancase - check vent hose.

If you disable crankcase pr. sensor and no ventilation valve cover may crack.

EGR out of calibration.... hah, it is blockesd with soot.take it apart to inspect

fmi 13 out of calibration looks like both your egr valves are out of calibration. If you have changed them recently just try to calibrate them at the dealer or a shop that has vcads pro.But if they are old then you are gonna have to change them or block them like some people do.The original egr valves will go bad around 600k miles on a D12.As far as the fuel filters always try to change both of them when you do your oil change.I would recommend volvo or donaldson fuel filters but fleetguard works too.Although im pretty sure the problem you have has nothing to do with the fuel filter.I hope this helps good luck

What engine? If its an isx change the crankcase vent filter and the volvo engines use several sensors for oil pressure and such left side of engine.

Volvo EGR are more expencive then ISX. if you wanna you can block EGR and keep running, but I use to put ISX EGR in Volvo EGR core

if you wanna use truck w/o spending money - block faulty EGR. D12D has no VGT so no problem, only fault code

I had the same crankcase pressure code and random engine shutdown problem. Engine has very little blow-by. So I replaced the crankcase pressure sensor. $88 for the sensor, $40 for a deep well metric socket set (new sensor was 24mm and old one was 27mm), a little time and effort.......problem solved. :biggrin_255:
