Beware of the recruiter Blake. He told me one thing on the phone to get me there and when I got there it was a completely different story. Then of course he had the gaul to deny that he said anything of the like. He told me only ran east of interstate 35 and that they didnot run the NE or any of the Burrows in NY. Was then told that the Burrows wasnt a forced dispatch. What a lie that was. The thing that really got to me was when I was promised 35cpm only to find out that was going to only make 33cpm. He only verified 33months of my 15years of experience.
They dont put the new hires in a motel that is unless you are a student. All experienced drivers stay in their version of a motel on the terminal grounds. They are little 6ft by 6ft rooms w/no tv or fridge in the room. They have a drivers lounge w/ a TV and hard furniture made from steel.
They say that they provide lunch 4 you, but all they give you is a meal coupon good for upto $6.00 off at two resteraunts. Good luck w/ trying to eat lunch on only $6.00
They have a medical department that requires you to report to them anytime you go to a doctor, chiropractor, dentist, eye doctor, ect even if its just for a checkup. They want you to have a letter from the doctor before they will let you go back to work.
I didnt stay thru the 1st day of orientation as it became appearent that it was impossible to tell who was telling the truth.
RUN RUN RUN DONOT HIRE ON WITH THIS BUNCH OF LIARS

How is it that a person with an alleged 15 years of experience in this industry would even consider working for a bottom feeder such as PAM? Is your MVR that bad? I just can't imagine that with 15 years of experience a qualified driver would settle for .35cpm.

There must be more to this...

I worked at PAM Transport for four years before leaving for a better opportunity. Why, oh, WHY, did you go there if you claim fifteen years experience? Everyone who does research would know that PAM is a training company. There HAS to be more to the story.

As for not runnung the northeast...HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Oh, wow. You take recruiters at their WORD? Oh, wow. Someone stop me from laughing...PLEASE!!! Sounds like someone dosen't want to work. Fifteen years and he knows everything. Sound about right? Grow up and do the job, sir.
