I'm lookin for a couple of drivers from the South Florida area, Miami dade, broward, palm beach area who are interested in working the 20/10 program. I hear mixed reviews about the program and I'd like to give it a try. I need co drivers who have a positive outlook (at least somewhat) and like to drive so we can make every mile possible during our 20 days out. Male or female (I'm female), smoker or non-smoker (I don't but smoking doesn't bother me). I'd also like to hear from anyone who is currently working the 20/10 for CRST(not the negative assumption makers) I'd like to know how you like it. Pay, home time, etc

Does crst let you read the contract before
you sign it ? -
But anyway, I did 20/10 and I don't recommend it, if you are about making as much money as possible. Think about it...can you afford 10 straight days off without a paycheck?...what happens while on your 20 the truck breaks down and you lose a couple days...then you go home for 10? I know CRST claims the wheels are always turning with the 20/10 drivers...but its not always true. I sat for over a day on 2 different occasions which wouldn't be as big of a deal if I was out for a 4 weeks at a time with 4 days off.
It sounds great in theory, but the reality is a different story -

Yep I did it for CRST. Not being a ######## but if you have a life why go OTR then? You will get the hometime...but I promise you, you won't be happy with the money running 20/10.
But I went into with the same attitide as you, and when it got bad I went back to teaming. We didn't get along with driver #3 anyway..lol
