We all should know the answer...
BECAUSE? We(Truckers) need it to get the giddy-up go. Why, should the Waste(Diesel) from making gas cost WAY more than gasoline?
Just a little... not sure what to call this...

Sorry, but diesel is not the waste of producing gasoline. There is a higher demand, worldwide, for diesel, than for gas. There are not that many cars, in the rest of the world, that run on gas. Diesel cars are a huge market everywhere, but here.

Taxes is another reason. Diesel is taxed higher than gas.

Also, the demand in winter is higher. -

I've said it a million times, diesel brings in more money than gasoline, More thing run on this fuel than gasoline, That there biggest product, Supply and demand Baby!!!, They got we need it so!!!, Dig deep in those pokets

Then they would raise taxes on gas. Big oil will never let that happen.
