My God I completely forgot about this. I won't be home until tomorrow night. Oh well Tuesday it is.

I'm pretty sure the fine will be more than the $10 filing fee

Also used Expresstrucktax and had it back within 10 minutes

No, the IRS doesnot have direct e-filing.

Crazy D do you not have your laptop with you? Can't imagine trucking without one. Got several emails this previous week, the IRS is shutting down their website at noon eastern (I believe it said) if you can't get it done at least an hour before that you are SOL and paying a penalty...

A lot more.

I still use snail mail. Bring up the form on a pdf, fill in the blanks, print it out, write a check, stuff it in an envelope and slap on a forever stamp that I paid 44 cents for. Take the $9.55 that I saved and buy beer.

I did that one year....took my 9 weeks to get it back stamped. My reg renews in october so I just made it. IRS office is 10 min 6 miles from my house. Takes a bit for the Govt employees to get it stamped after I hand them a filled out form with a check...but still the fastest n most convenient way I've found for myself personally.

That's all fine and dandy, until what happened to Ruthless happens, and then the paper pushers in Jax put a hold on you. Then again, maybe you're not a procrastinator like me, and already have yours back
