    Well everything is set up I do orientation on sept 4th the training doing local work for about a week week and a half excited and nervous at the same time

    Great potential. Remember myself getting out fresh out of school, being top of the class student and backing between those cones 8 times out of 10 without a pull up. On the very first trip I was backing ,thank God slowly ,when a flatbed honks on my blind side beacause I was about touching his trailer.I d say being humble and Getting Out And Looking is what usually makes or breaks you in the 1st year

    Congrats. I also started on tanker right out of school 5 years ago. I doubt I will ever pull anything else. I have seen H.R. Ewell out here. What does your training schedule look like? Hopefully it will be different and a little more involved than how they would handle a driver with a couple of years experience. I am sure many here would like to know the pay package HE Ewell is offering from someone within the company. Good luck and welcome to the whacky world of tanker yankin.
