Did Reserve OC flood?

    In the general area of Reserve, LA (St John Parish), a good bit of flooding has taken place because of Hurricane Isaac. Anybody know if the Reserve OC took on any water? In that area, I-10, I-55, US 61, and US 51 are impassable.
