Where can you find a Police officer who will take the time to drive you back down the road to see a sign.......thats what court is for.......you bring the evidence to clear your name.......

even if the guy was in the wrong he wasn't getting violent or aggressive. the cop overreacted to a situation that could of been talked down most likely.

Not pertaining to the video but if you refuse to sign a ticket up here, they can take you to jail. You sign the ticket and fight it in court - you have no choice and are not allowed to argue with the officer.

They do have to show you the radar gun speed if they want to give you a speeding ticket.

There's way too many cops out there with an attitude - it's just not right.

Well, as a former police officer, (who HATED cops due to several past "run-ins"), let me enlighten the general public:

If an officer is talking to you OUTSIDE your vehicle, do not attempt to return to or get IN your vehicle (without his consent).

Here's what I've found: If an individual ignores verbal commands and attempts to get back in their vehicle, they MAY HAVE A WEAPON IN THERE!!!

Since I am going home alive to my family every night, that individual is NOT going to return to that vehicle, until I tell him to. OFFICER SAFETY IS #1.

having done time for resisting arrest 10years ago.......i didn't aggree with the officer at the time, and chose to walk away, he picked me up slammed me on the ground stepped on my head and asked me if i wanted him to break open my head with a night stick........

Best thing to do is take evidence to court, and go along politely with what is taking place.......You may get lucky in court, Officer may not show up, or you win your case.....anythings better than going to jail, or having to go through a trial....Court is one or two days and your done.....

just for this guy ignoring the officers commands he could have been killed by the taser or other means......
