Sitting at KW in Oak Creek to get some issues taken care of that they found during my B service. I have a load I need to get dropped off in Richfield I guess in the morning cause by the time they get done my 14 will be gone. Only got 5:21 on it now. Then picking up a load from the yard going to miller in Eden dropping it ASAP then taking a load from Eden to Glenwillow for Tuesday so no break for me over the holiday weekend. Stay safe fellas.

 

Chilling in albany and heading toward san antonio tom for a tues dlv. Whats with all the trailers in albany? we actually spotting loads and empties here instead of miller now or just that busy down here?

 

DB you should see trenton. I just dropped my trailer there and it is chock full everywhere including the entire practice yard for the students. they better move some stuff before the end of the week or they arent going to have anywhere to drive.

 

Yeah it was pretty bad when I left 3 week ago, but was plenty of room at wayne madison which made no sense. Guess its a good sign if those trailers are full.

 

Sitting here in Dallas. Halfway through my 34 hr reset. I ran 68 of my 70 for my first week. I'm going to have to leave immediately at 2am because I have to run 1215 miles to Va by NLT noon Tuesday. Gonna be fun. Not gonna have much time to stop except to maybe stretch the legs! I really appreciate the miles. Marco runs hard.

 

A friend just noted that I should have hours being as it has been 8 days since I started running on this stint. I looked at my QC and sure enough I have 13 hours now. Guess I'll start running today! I was stressing about making it to Virginia on time.

 

yeah i almost never have to take a reset. I always have enough hours coming back. i just wait till home time to reset. marco will run you perfect for the hours you have left. You just gotta tell him what you got left.

 

Sitting in Black River for a reset, should be going out with trainer again tomorrow morning hopefully. Got 8 full days of training in now. I am lucky and got a great trainer, been driving for a very long time. It's hard to live in such a small space with someone else though ( At least with someone I am not married to haha) so I can't wait to get my own ride in the near future and do my thing. But for now I am enjoying learning and soaking up everything I can from my trainer.

This last week was pretty fun I got to drive my first 2 mountain passes, the one in TN ( Forget the name ) going south on 75 to Georgia, than on the run back Mt Monteagle, ( Amazing little BBQ place next to the truck stop on top of that MT for anyone looking for good grub) didn't have any problems and was pretty neat.

 

If you have to spend the night by the brewery stay at the Quik Trip, the lil gas station across the street from it has killer tacos.
