I have never moved mine either. I have the benefit of a tag on my tractor to take weight of my steer. My steer empty is 11,800. Loaded with 80,000 I can run it between 9-10k

i allways have them lay planks down on the deck before loading those compactors. but some times it's best to just say no to hauling those. they will chew a trailer up in no time. a beam trailer is best for them.

A trick if your going to haul a sheeps foot regularly is to get an old set of frame rails and Kay them on your deck with the channel up before you load to save your trailer.

It is not really an option at this point. The value of getting my CDL and experiencing life on the road would not make up for being out of the office. If I am going to be out it will be to spend time with my family, get some r&r, or do sales work. I don't want to downplay the value of what Jordan experienced, but I am not at the point in my life, personally or professionally, where it makes sense.
