Stay away from Lone Star Milk Transport! They treat their drivers like crap. They will run the hell out of you and if you have a fender bender they will fire you on the spot and deny ever telling you to run illegal. I put 152k miles on a truck in 8 months. They say they run legal but how legal is it to dispatch a driver form Hereford TX to Braselton GA with only 19 hours to get there? It's over 1300 miles. If you didn't do it then you were running junk runs and not making any money. You have to take your truck to the Freightliner dealership to get fixed and if it has to stay there for a while, you have to stay with it or find your own way home. My A/C went out and the Freightliner in Amarillo didn't have a condensor in stock (surprise there) I was told I would have to drive and sleep in truck until they could get the part. It was the end of July and was going to take them 5 days to get the part all the while I was running into Louisiana and south Alabama. That fat ### Danny Wolf didn't care because he was at home sleeping in A/C every night. They are always needing drivers but it's because they go thru so many they have to keep hiring. They finally did get rid of some of the trouble makers in the Hereford yard but how many drivers got stepped on before they did it? I still have some friends that work there and it hasn't gotten much better. Do yourself a favor, if you want to haul milk, check with Reynolds Nationwide or WDT. Reynolds pays better and their equipment is better than any of the others. WDT's equipment is terrible except for the OTR drivers. Most of them have new trucks.

I am from TN and moved out here to the Panhandle in 2009. I can give you a lot of information on Lone Star Milk Transport as I worked there when I first came out here. You should avoid them.
