I am so glad I don't have to worry about miles anymore...now its just how much the load pays....some pay better than others...I am quite partial to multi stop ice cream loads...theY pay extremely well....then its multi stop meat..... I average around 3k a week in miles....and that's for bonus monies..... I don't think I have grossed less than 1k since I have moved to Van Wyk ...

I will be moving to a company that pays percentage. Three months left with roehl

If I don't then I will move to one that pays more. I love my job, but I do want to be paid more.

I finally listened to my voicemails and heard the one about the new pay plan.
Also had 11 of them, one voicemail was from may 2nd......I never check company voicemail

No not really, maybe you do towards vantards, door closers, and whatever else you have said on posts that I recall reading from you. The only ever time I've wrote something negative towards flatbed division on here. Im not scared to say my "opinion" even if it goes againest the grain. Im the only van person to do so. I admit when Im wrong and misunderstood posts in the past and I dont mind doing so. Anybody really can think whatever they want about what I wrote I could care less. Im not trying to offend anyone and already apoligized if I did and even noted in my last post those things. Current Roehl drivers and ones that moved on included. 6 posts above yours #3621 thanks

You should have seen me while I was doing orientation. I'm freakin awesome ;) now I work from home doing night and weekend call for logs along with some reporting. If my kids hadn't been booted from daycare I was going to move on to Skinner Transfer, they seem like they have their stuff together, I think I would have liked it there

If you could care less why continue to respond? I've never called a van driver anything but a door closer and always in good fun. In fact if I recall you're the only one to get openly annoyed about it.

Man you must have some smooth talking skills. Put in your notice then turn around and get them to let you work from home instead? :) nice.

I really wonder what Roehl gets paid for certain loads. My last one was 250 miles deadhead and 300 loaded......couldn't have paid very much for that.
