Courtney here I have never had a problem with the crowsnest. So I did not mention it LOL

 

If you`re anywhere between Waynesboro and Raphine and your GPS tells you to take Rt.56 east of Raphine OR Rt.610 South of Waynesboro,to get to Rt.29-DON`T !!I live in the area and have witnessed several trucks who wished they were somewhere else.Both cross The Blueridge Parkway,neither is designed for anything more than a straight truck.Both are steep,crooked and skinny.

 

Well it is not a mountain but how about a dumptruck down Hana Highway in the mid 80's.

 

I've been everywhere in the lower 48, not an inch of interstate I haven't touched and this hill from my perspective has given many driver's trouble. I don't know what it is, but it seems that driver's in this area know nothing about being in the right gear. Seen many smoking trucks fly by me over the years on this hill. One was shooting flames out of his trailers brakes.

 

Yeah. I don't think Kansas has driven through WV and western MD neither. I just came up 79 and 68 today going towards NJ. Some big ### hills that a way!!

I went back and reread the last 10 pages, IF this was aimed at me I can assure you that I have run all over that country back there, I was born and RAISED just outside of Philadelphia,Pa.

I'm not sure what I said to make you think otherwise?
