I just found this company, obviously better than anything else and would require some re-think on my part but just before I found TMC I was reading about some driver (other company) who got sent packing with no explanation for something that sounds like it is worse than what the person said, so TMC is not going to file a DAC non-re-portable if it is a tight and one rubs the trailer sidewall slightly to avoid cramming near-traffic .... are they ?...
I know I sure would not and it sounds like they have vastly greater industrial skills than to do that ~ you have to realize 100,000 hour line-supervisors can see things like that .... 10,000 hour line-boss from a trucking school is not going to see it the same way that I would think TMC would ....
any opinion welcome
do they bust for dry-rub?...

okay, will bump it down - does TMC file DAC report for rubbing a tire sidewall on a curb in the yard lightly in a tight spot?
-
Don't feel bad, I've only been up about four hours and I didn't understand it either. . .

Ah, thanks for the clarification! I have no way of knowing what TMC does, but I can't imagine them doing it just for a rubbed tire. It happens way too often. It SHOULDN'T, but it does, and we have all done it.
Of course if the rubbed tire is under a totally trashed side of a trailer, then it might make a difference!
American-Trucker Thanks this. -
When I seen dry rub, I got hungry was thinking barbaque pork

normaly, no. Even if you mess up a tire (your fault). as long as you fess up and tell em they wont gripe. Not saying do it offten-or you will (at the very least) pay for the tire.

If you didn't tell them how would they know? Not saying to be dishonest but, you catch my drift?
