That doesn't make sense when they have a terminal in Fontana, CA and your finding your own loads anyways.

rates seem to be down for the month and i ran harder due to the insurance deductible, but still had a decent month over all -
How long are you staying out for? It appears your rate per loaded mile is in the 1.80/mi range. You might consider picking a time when you can stay out for 6 weeks and try heading East. Start with a load that gets you into MN/IA/MO or further East. Then run around the Midwest/East/Southeast for a few weeks. Then grab a good paying load heading back to the NW. When you get home take 4-7 days off. I think you could bring your rate per mile up quite a bit.
I believe you mentioned you had kids, so it might not be possible to be gone that long. I just thought I would throw the suggestion out there.Shardrk Thanks this. -

Im generally home every other weekend, with kids at home im not willing to push it out,

I do agree with Pape. If your planning on staying out longer tjen a ouple weeks, get out to the midwes. You would be grossing well over 2.00 dollars a mile.

Is the $18,139 the gross revenue before Sammons has taken their cut? -
