If she didnt specifically discuss anything you are doing wrong she could have just been commenting offhand that the planners need to plan your truck more productively.

Let's just face the facts, you suck. How dare you accept such low rates, what were you thinking hauling all those CH Robinson loads? You aren't earning Roehl any money that way!!!

So here is how I see it, your FM had their scorecard coverd with them and didn't fully understand the information that was covered. Then with a spoonful of information they tried to have a conversation with you about your performance, but instead of figuring out what all the information meant they just swung for the fence. That's why you ended up scratching your head wondering how you can control the revenue on your truck.

Oh and in case you're wondering, yes it is easy for me to pass judgement on someone I never met and figure out how both sides of this conversation went when I just barely skimmed your message. And you still suck.:biggrin_25520:

Yeah really why such the attitude meltom. I just wanted to know what in the world fm was saying. I looked at my score card it said 100% and zero service failures. Idle time below standards fuel mileage not so much about 7.3 mpg. Im kind of new to this and dont want to do something wrong and if i am i wanna correct it.

I'm sure you'll be fine. When they implement the new pay scale is when I'll be heading to a different company. Of course it will depend on what they grade you on for that quarter. I know two things will suffer, my idle % and my MPG because of my idling.

Unfortunately no rumor. It was voicemail.
Check your company voicemail. Their going from the current scale to a "performance based" scale. Basically every quarter they will evaluate you. If you improved then they will give you a raise. If your performance goes down for two quarters in a row, you get a pay decrease. It will no longer matter how long you've been with roehl that determines your pay.

Your over thinking. For you it'll be fine.

But for someone who's been with the company over a year its not going to be too great. Of course I could be over thinking this also. I've just been payed on a performance based program before at one of my previous jobs and I don't like it for the fact that some things you can't control and its put against your pay.

I understand if you suck, then you don't deserve a raise lol. Id much rather just be paid on percentage rather than by the mile.
