I'm just a jack a lope, take all the insults and rambling out and there is usually on ounce of truth in what I say. Sometimes only .5 an ounce.

I will check my VM now. I just checked it a day or so ago and didn't have any messages. Seriously? Performance based pay? I make .41 cpm and that's one of the reasons I like driving here. They start screwing with my paycheck, that starts screwing with my family. I have 100% no service failures ever, always make my idle time limit, get around 7.5 mpg every month, and have about 2.5% out of route. So, how do I ever get a raise? If I'm already doing everything I'm supposed to, how do I do better? Maybe I can deliver the load before I pick it up? Starting to get a weird feeling about things!

He's in Richmond IN...delivering around Columbus tomorrow morning.

I just checked my VM. No new messages. I wonder how you got a VM and I didn't?

Mime was in my mailbox on august 28th. They said they'll be sending us qualcomm messages about it. Its supposed to take effect October 1st but for the first quarter no ones pay will be effected. You'll keep making the same cpm but it should go up. They said the cap will be 45cpm for van, 46cpm for reefer and 48cpm for flats. They never mentioned curtain side. I believe those were the caps anyway. I heard it and wasn't very happy.

Also you'll only get a pay decrease if you have two quarters in a row that were horrible.

Curtain will probably be like a reefer, I mean c'mon they're practically the same thing anyways.
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -

At a Husky just outside Thunder Bay. I was asked by Bucks why I wasn't routed up 61 well I would have went that way but that is the routing they sent me. US-53 to International Falls. So Meltom that could be the reason why the loaded miles was 525 not the 696 I drove. 525 is probably being routed up 61. Knowing Roehl I probably won't get 1 cent of that 170 extra miles I drove following the routing they sent me. I mentioned it to night dispatch and of course they told me to talk to my FM about it. Stupid me should have sent a 16 in after I got fuel this morning. It was a nice drive here though and I enjoyed it but it killed my hours. After I deliver in the morning I will have like 4 hours left on my 70 but I start getting back hours tomorrow night. As far as places to shut down on ON-11 about the only thing I saw was either the inspection stations or one of those pulp load check areas I passed Now I don't if I would park in of those areas at night you might wake up to a bear or a moose attacking your truck If you have been on that road before you will know what I am talking about. It is 200 miles of wilderness.
