Never owned a GPS...Never will. Its just one more thing to rely on and take ur eyes off the road even for a moment. Relying on a computer takes away some of a drivers skills my dad always said. Be safe out there drivers.
Turned the GPS off.

My first three years out (there) I didn't have one..I will never be without one again. It is only a tool but IMO a great one to have. And I enjoy the scenery just fine with it on.
CondoCruiser Thanks this. -
I don't follow my GPS, it follows me because it usually always wants to go a different way than I want to go....LOL.....I use Streets & Trips and Google Maps to figure out my route.
But there are times it comes in handy....like trying to find the TA in Springfield, IL in the dark!!! -

I never program mine. Its nothing more than a scrolling map that you don't have to pick up to look at. Comes in handy at night or when a street sign is missing. Like many have said, just another tool.

I like my GPS, but only use it for getting to exact address, not routing from starting point, I do set it from the start, just to see how the milage matches what it says Im being paid for
