Yeah, I tried GPS once, ask Garmin how he fared....He's in a landfill in Kersey PA I think... Going in the landfill he kept saying turn around at next legal spot. He just wouldn't shut up!
Turned the GPS off.

It was a conversation, my mother is french from France, He is from the area along Quebec border, little differences in speech and customs understandable but different

Ne me dites pas que vous êtes dans le Maine!

Hey dere, 'Gros Jaimie', my French was taken from google translator. Its a great tool but I fear it probably mangles the translations. Though I am Canadian by birth I didn't really pick up much
french. Coincidently, last night at a victory rally in Montreal, there was a shooting by some nut as the newly elected Premier was giving her speech! I saw video of her being hustled off the stage by security. The only time I ever hear news out of Canada is when it's bad news... -
LMAO! Yeah, I tell my GPS to #### sometimes.

I call mine my girlfriend. Like a typical woman she gets upset when I don't go her way. She's got a snobby British accent.
-insert name- Thanks this. -
My GPS is only used as a quick map, come up on a traffic jam instead of distracting myself by reaching behind the seat for the paper map, all I have to do it tap the screen a few times.

So is trying to learn french in Quebec.
I drove the first time through that town without a gps.
The next time, it was with the gps. It was much easier.
