Great jobs in Texas

Anyone heard of Luma Transport in TX? They are an agent of Great Wide Truckload Management?? They have an ad on ND Craigslist for sand haulers. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

 

Great Wide independent "Agent" has 6 trucks, looking for drivers to send to ND. Driver sleeps in the truck for a month at a time, on a parking lot, (showers on site). Rent for the parking is $600 a month. Pay is 30% of the load.

 

I figured it was something like that. Sleeping in a truck is nonsense and doesn't work for very long here. Most drivers smarten up and jump on board with someone with housing. Hope winter kicks their #####. Thanks for the post.

Went out to Odessa last week, got a call back from Cudd energy. They have housing so that would help me out since I'm I live in El Paso. Any thoughts on Cudd?

Cudd is a good company. you should try them. lots of work in west tx. and nm.

 

I know that cudd does frac and probably wireline and a few well control things. I have no idea how they are to work for but my suggestion is if you can get on a frac crew then you should. The money and benefits are unbeatable if you can handle the work and hours.
