I'VE BEEN THERE!!!! To the place right next to the red jacket!!!!! They had a tank out front when I was there, that was a bad ### thing to see!

 

Those are the days when nothing goes right.

Load sent to you. Pick up 15 minutes before they close. You get there and the shipper gives you ####oski because apparently Roehl sends trucks all the time late in the day. Then proceed to tell you they usually don't load trucks a hour before they close so they are making a last minute acceptation to "rule". The loader yanks the paper work out of your hands while doing a very poor job loading it correctly.

Then you don't have enough time to strap or tarp because they want you off the property and it's about to rain.. You got a load of OSB board covered with paper. So you go back and forth with them then have to call night dispatch and wait on the phone for a hour and a half to get the most retarded answer you will ever hear in your life.

THEN you finally get it secured and tarp to find out its 8'o clock at night with 1 pilot in 90 miles, no mom and pops truck stops, and with only 1hr 46mins remaining on your 14.

Oh forgot to mention, pilot has 28 parking spots.



These days happen, more often then not. But it's how you manage it that counts. Hard to laugh about a crappy day but your right. Only way to get through it is to head straight and keep on.

Completely made up. But can guarantee alot of you have experienced this countless times. Even dry box.

 

At precision strip, appt was never changed so they have me down for 2100 instead of 1800. So I gotta wait another hour and a half till 2000 so I can at least check in. I know I'll be taking my 10 here so I'm not sweating it. Got a ceasar salad from Wendy's and white line fever in the DVD player. Lifes good lol. I go pickup from durand, GA tomorrow morning headed for rockledge, FL. Then home!!!!

I got unloaded about 2:30/3pm today in Jackson MS. I am waiting for another load, with it being so late now and still now load pretty sure I'm here til morning.



Pretty crappy day. Not the driving or unloading part. My dámn 32 load bottle of detergent that was in my shower bag apparently busted open in side my bag when it fell off my bed. I was looking for a paper and threw the bag on my bed then saw a puddle, didn't pay much attention right away, had to take my paperwork into the chicken coop. Came back out, looked closer, realized what it was then snatched the bag off my bed... To late. Got all over my darn sheets!


I hope my next load is headed home. Going in 21 days. I was suppose to be home on the 14th day but he keep throwing me good miles and a run to west. Time to go home!

 

That soap thing sucks, I'm going to keep mine in a small bottle then put that bottle in a 1 gallon Zip Lock bag, so if the thing leaks "It's in the bag".

I am listening to WAY to much comedy on Pandora. I thought of a very funny joke towards women that's insensitive after reading your post. I need to relax on listening to Daniel tosh. He has warped my brain. 8/9 hours straight of listening to him and a couple comedians like him just... Yeah. Haha got me thinking about jokes constantly now

 

The truck has been dropped off at the dealer and he's home. Let's hope that they finally find the issue(s) and fix it for good this time.
