Mig, what experience did you enter FFE with? In Chicago myself so would like to consider them, thanks!

Hmm. Be looking into them tomorrow definitely.

There are over 450,000 trucking companies in the U.S. A good percentage of them are in IL. With that being said, Swift and Werner would be choice 398,000 and 399,000! Maybe save England for number 400,000!
Seriously though there are so many other smaller companies out there especially in your area. You don't have to sacrifice yourself to one of the top 5 mega-carriers. Reason you only hear about them is because they are the only companies spending millions of dollars in advertising to get YOU to work for THEM! The good companies to don't have to advertise for driivers...slim shady Thanks this. -
migjesse20 Thanks this.

What surprises me is how many trucking companies offer different deal breakers. I thought Tyson would have been great as they get a lot of miles, but then I heard you had to slip seat any time you want to go home and that is just bs.

Why do I have to do everyone's work for them! I'm not looking for a job! When I was though I did my own research and found a good small company. Get off your lazy ### and look instead of just asking a school recruiter what they think or looking at a ten page trucking mag!
Better yet, go work for a mega-carrier! It sounds as if you maybe better suited too!
