I know from checking on them in the past, and talking with some of their drivers in the past, that they do a lot of drop and hook----so throw your straps and/or chains and go. And most of their freight is "no tarp", so that cheap $15.00 tarp pay their web site boasts is moot more offten than not.

They DO appear to have low starting pay, in my opinion, for flatbed work as well as the low tarp pay. But the fact that I've never read or heard of anything bad about the company---may still be worth it to some people. They have great looking equipment, and are self reliant on their own income. They are worth a serious look in my opinion, if you want to go flatbed.

I appreciate the insight gentlemen. I have talked to a few of there drivers and they seem happy. Talking to a few drivers in the past wiith there quarterly bonus program (which they are obtainable) you can make up to.46 a mile. I have three job offers on the table when I head back East from the oilfields in Texas. Just trying to make an informed decision.

No better or worse than the rest. Ridiculous 2 week orientation 1 week at Renselaer In. yard 1 week at Grand Island. Head of drivers nice guy but was with Crete over 20 years and does things the Crete way. A lot more tarping than White Dog said (you'll haul a lot of coils inbound to Grand Island and plate and sheet to Indiana plant) Outboud from Indiana is steel buildings (no tarp) alot of grain bins from Grand Island (side kits) you will break down side kits and put away before reloading every time. Most backhauls would go in side kit but they won't let you. You'll see A lot of steel places in Chicago and Gary In. area. You could do better but you do worse.
