I like working for FRE but trailer issues would improve if some of these clowns would get things fixed rather than drop trailer and no fix or write it up. I picked up a trailer Thursday that had a mud flap gone and damaged hanger plus dolly handle was broke. Thats just a lazy dont care driver that should be gone.

Spending the night at the J in Amarillo. Headed to Loveland, CO for delivery Monday morning. Then it's of to Eaton, CO with a load going to South Haven, MS. Who wants to get I get a furniture load after that?

Well Tyson had the load ready at midnight. I got up at 0400 to check on it. Got it and weight is not right for Florida bridge law. So Tyson has the load back. Also there are light missing on the trl so after they get the weight right il have to go to a shop to get the lights fixed. Night dispatch should have listen when I told them to find a swap. Because if they want this delivered on time they will need to swap it. Once or twice.

I agree. I spend a lot of time in the shop only to be rushed to make a OTD.

Well got the weight right. Now I am at the T/A getting the trl repaired. If anyone gets a MSG asked to relay a load to Florida it is the load I am on. Not going to make the Tuesday 0800 or 1100 appointments. Guess Tyson screwed this one up big time.

Am about done here. Tyson was late getting the load ready. I decided to get some sleep after being up all day calling on the load. Now I am being told I was late with the load. They want crappy no count drivers then they can have them. I'm getting tired of busting my butt and getting the short end of the stick.

After sleeping on it I finally figured it out. The guy " Jonny" that works nights it what's making this company hard to work with. He didn't let me know of the DDT change. He didn't bother to call when the load was ready. Instead he sent a MSG even after I voiced hat the Qualcomm in my truck has no speaker. He wouldn't even tell me of a swap with out me asking 100 questions. Even then he was being an arse about it. The only thing realy don't understand is why he still has a job working for FRE.
