Well I for a call at 7am telling me that my load to PA would not be ready to ship till Wednesday. So I got TONU and grabbed some compressors from down the road going to STL. Reload tomorrow for Alabama and then probably off to CA again.

Sure seems that way..... At least the better paying loads seem to for me. I don't want to go, but can't pass up the payday on the load I was offered, and only 8,000# too. Trying to get the OTR bug kicked before the snow flies. Haven't decided what I want to do for winter tho, as I'm contemplating just running the I-10 corridor and flying home everyother weekend for a few days off. I have a few places I can park my truck down there (family and LS facilities) and its only about $250 for a round trip ticket. Cheaper than the fuel for a deadhead home sometimes. But who knows??
