No points if no tickets were issued. You'll have a preventable accident on your DAC. It's not the end of the world, just be more alert. Four-wheelers are always in a rush.

Ive had people attempt to pass me on the sidewalk, no matter what the turn, you can still get in trouble even if you were doing everything right

 

not true if he didnt get a ticket he was NOT at fault it might hit his DAC but if it does it should go down as a NON prenventable as he wasnt charged with a ticket for the accident...

 

We got into a wreck in New Mexico. We were parked at the rest area in Deming and a sleepy driver plowed into the rear of our trailer! Like I said we were parked, co-driver in the passenger seat getting log ready, I was in the sleeper getting the computer out. No points on the MVR, but 3 CSA points from damage caused by the wreck!

 

folks need to differentiate between csa points and mvr points !!

Same here. I was doing 55mph on a 2 lane highway in SC. A guy is backing out of his driveway, and backs out without looking into the road. I hit him. Totalled his vehicle. Mine was down for 2 months. He was cited for improper backing or something. His Insurance company paid me and fixed my truck, And i got 3 csa points!!
