I like Felix better myself. Only talked to either of them a couple times though.
One of the guys I swapped with once, had some real 'nice things' to say about Johnny.

 

the only issue i have here is with these lousy trailers.they put our lives and others lives in jeapardy.i was given a ticket for one that had had a yearly inspection a week earlier to the day.127 dollars for brakes out of adjustment.slack adjusters not working properly.wrote it up and told ??? about it and picked it up 2 weeks later in ottawa ill.had to adjust brakes there,but they did greese the slack adjusters.so i dont know what those safty videos were all about.writing a trlr up doent mean its going to be fixed

 

felix is pretty cool , I enjoyed talking to him myself. if you guys have such a problem Johnny you guys need to start send something into don. it's up to us to fix our problems. we are the backbone that drives the company. I personally did not have a bad experience with Johnny my interpretation is he doesn't have any power to do anything. I wonder what it would take to get Vicki to work night dispatch from home. Hint hint Efon.

 

I have to say I'm Not impressed with "Johnny" at all, He tries to be push you and is always sending msg about time. I drove straight for 10 hours and he jumped me for stopping for seven minutes to pee! so I personaly could care less if he stays. But I may not be here long if they keep up what they are doing . I have good trips but by the time I get the equipment to go or switched out because someone forgot to write it up. I am put under the 8 ball and then get one trip a week. This isnt good mile at all and you cannot make a house payment with what they have done. I have made my stops on time and they were in such a hurry to get the load of ____ ( none ref) to where I am to only sit for the last 24 hours and then I get told that they wont pay lay over .. ummm not my fault they need to pay. I was ready to take a load.

 

As Far as the bad dispatcher is concerned you need to call Mark and leave a msg. If he gets enough calls maybe he will finaly do something about it. Trust me the only reason Mark knows my name is because I called him on the msg's that were sent to me ( got to love qual com for something and it is nice when you can prove your point 1. with the msg 2. with elc logs)

 

I understand completely, same reason I left

 

mark had a stroke of genius when he set us up with the T.A. if it wasnt for that we would never get anything done.no breakdown to worry about just get to a T.A what a blessing and time saver.T.A. loves it also

 

Some of them are pretty busy I have started calling before I get there, then decide on severity of the problem and get it fixed at a different TA or Petro.
