cherylsbears, I used to drive for USX and did my Orientation in Irving in 2010. I was 55, 5'5", 170lbs., and came from basically a housewife/CNA position. Lifting the weight above your head consisted of putting the milk crate with weights in it on three different shelves, at three different levels. To get it on the top, I sat the crate on my chest and then pushed the bottom with my hands....LOL........they didn't say HOW to get it there, just get it there.

    cherylsbears Thanks this.

Just a question about that duckwalk.....so your knees are pretty much bent all the way then so you are in a squatting position trying to walk ?

Did you do a "duck walk"? What other things did the physical part consist of? I just want to know what to expect and what to practice before I go so I know I can do it. I will be quitting a driving job of nearly 10 years to go there.

ok duck walk 8 ft is no problem, how much weight do they put in the basket and how high are the shelves? I am 5'3" I just got measured yesterday at a wellness check at work....all good but they want me skiinny, so I got to lose 20 pounds, so more exercise, I quit sugar in my coffee a few weeks ago so that should help.
