thats what i thought, someone told me to put it in accessory i was like um i've never done that
so I picked up a load on sunday, after walking to the rush dealership from the terminal in denver so I didnt have to wait until monday for someone to take me, got a coors load with no appointment for a drop in sumner, WA. made it to the area, an hour away from the delivery (forgot about the auburn drop yard, or i would have driven there first) then asked about an appointment (i did ask the day before but didnt get anything from planners). so they send me a dispatch with the appointment on it, for the 13th at 730 am lol i was like um today is the 11th, its 1pm, they didnt have anything sooner? so my dm got me to drop it in auburn, and got a run from kennewick, WA to marlboro, MD
love long distance runs
now, only if we could get actual physical addresses to these shippers/cosg's that would make my life a little better... guess thats asking too much lol -
Welcome to the new driver's !!!!! well sittin in brooks going to try to get a nap have to be at the budweiser plant in Portland early in the morning too beat the daily grind (love portland ) HATE THE TRAFFIC ....LOL going out to Ft collins then I get to pick up at the Purina plant in Denver witch i hear drivers complain about constantly and run back in to Hermiston liking the 11W side but miss the runs into GA and TN
-
As normal, both heavy loads, but its miles............good luck
-
actually, the budweiser is not a heavy load, you will be picking up empty kegs, light and easy, did that run a few weeks ago to get to denver for hometime
purina, yeah, it'll be heavy, tho this load i have now from columbia storage in washington... kennewick or something, 34k on tandems, 33.9 on drives lol and that was running to billings before i got an actual CAT scale, down the road fro columbia was this little self service weight place that said I had 34k on each when i left with 3/8th of a tank >.< -
There is a cat scale at that flying j in Pasco....
-
oh im sure there were others on the way iknow that, but that woudlnt have changed my weight. i told DM that the scale i used said I was over by 90 lbs on the drives they said usually under 100 is ok. when i finally scaled the next day with less than 1/8th of fuel my weight at cat said 34k on tandems, 33.9 on drives, that was after a day of driving, hit 2 scales that i swore I was gonna get stopped at, and the green light stayed lit lol, was reaching for my papers both times lmao
-
