I have at last count about the same as you. I need to do the work and really find out. Been driving since november 2000. I suppose quite a few miles have burned under me. Been local for 3 years, but looking to hit the road again. Any suggestions? Live in Arkansas by the way.....also new to this site..

Welcome aboard I'm new to site too. I would pick a company that respects you as a driver and understands that you are why they can keep going. I own my own truck and flatbed so I understand that a company can't servive without a good driver.

true, but you can't get them to understand that. they all act as if they are doing you a favor.

I had a million miles by 1984. Since then I've been on and off the road with no way to count. I have a 75 year old friend who's still an O/O that's got 56 years logged and probably 4,500,000 miles! His current truck is a 96 Pete that has 2.5 million on it and going strong! He pulls oversize/specialized loads every week on a mechanical DD/RGN stretch trailer. I hope I have half of his strength and energy when I'm his age.

I just hit my million mile mark this year. I averaged roughly under 100k a year for 10 years.
