Yea,,dont say you were disabled if you are no longer disable... If you say you were doing time because you & the boss were trying srcew the workers out of money, they might have a spot in office for you right away...

A guy I went to school with. Went to work for them as his first job. And he hadn't worked in over 5 years.

 

I woudln't want to work for them anyway.

 

@Bamasand...Just put that you were receiving benefits for the work history, if you were (SSI, SSDI, Private Insurance, etc). Some companies will accept that as a form of proof of "work history."

You can blame companies all you want but its your dear DOT and FMCSA that places this 3 year work history requirement on companies. Its not your disability.

 

Isn't Central Refrigeration a sister company of SWIFT?..... If so, this may explain alot of things.

 

yes it is but not in the sense that alot of people think, the revenue is not shared, and they dont haul each others trailers unless there is no option and thats generally for relocation purposes and not freight, occasionally central has stored swifts trailers at terminals but thats pretty much the extent, besides that the only connection is the guy that owns a nice portion of swift bought out dick simon and founded central.

 

Swift and Central share a lot of terminals namely Mira Loma, Memphis and Irving.

Their payrolls are set up the same to. They try and automatically get you on that shady per diam deal, that way they can screw you out of your social security in exchange for a 25 cents a day.

That's there interpretation for the Spanish words per dia.

The reason for the slight separation within the companies is, if for some reason they get sued for something, it won't affect the rest of the company.

Witch in their case is smart because Swift's gots law suits up the ###..
