Has anyone heard of Waypoint Trucking in Tioga? They haul crude. Got 6 trucks getting 5 more. They haul for MBI and Enterprise. I applied with them but read a pretty bad review about them in Craigslist right under their advertisment. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I am sick and tired dealing with liars and thieves in the ND oil fields. Thank you

Small trucking companies don't make it here.....At a disposal last nite a J@N trucking driver was hooked to a pod but didn't check the bleeder valve to see if it was closed... Started his pumps and jumped in cab on cell phone.... He pumped 4 barrels of production water on the ground before he got off his phone and noticed what he did... That company is now banned from that disposal...And has to pay a spill fine on top of that...Thats why u need to research companies up here very well before u throw ur self to them

There are small companies that do well here. Putting them all together and saying they are all alike isnt fair. That idiot who spilled at your disposal site was obviously badly trained or just lazy but I dont think you can charge a whole company over one idiots mistake or lack of work ethic. There are a few smaller companies here that work well, and treat their drivers well. Those drivers never leave them and so people like me looking cant get on with them. This outfit "Waypoint" looks like its pretty good, and solid but I got an email from a disgruntled employee who says otherwise so I was just throwing their name out there to see if anyone know about them. All the research in the world isnt going to tell you for sure if a compnay is a good fit for you. Research? Thats why I am on this site asking about them!

IDK how my post showed up twice.

It only takes one mistake up here to get your company banned from a disposal or well site...So if ur company hauls Oasis water and you cause a spill and they ban you and your truck from there disposal site Guess what they ban the whole company from any oasis site so say bye bye to that companies Oasis contract.

They had a Stat Oil tank explode a few weeks ago seriously burning 3 people... Smoking related....So There new policy on Saftey is 1 strike your whole company is out..

We had a lease driver spill 5 gallons at an Oasis site...Oasis banned any of the leasers contracted through us from going to any Qasis site permanently...

..I know how much a lot of people need a good steady job right now and they show up here expecting 80 hours a week then reality hits and ur working 80 hours a month...some of these smaller companies pay u every 90 days... So unless u have a few grand to live off of the first 90 days u can end up broke here with no way to get back home...I see it everyday at the centex by Walmart people selling everything they own just to get the gas money to go home....Winter is coming and the election...a lot of companies are waiting to see what November brings...Even My company....

I know.. Things are bad here. Its a bad time in ND. But these crazy ### muslims are rioting in the middle east and oil is going up which is good for us working here. So maybe things will get better and things will be rocking soon for us all out here trying to just make a living and a better life for our families. The American Dream is a thing of the past my friend. My father made that dream a reality in this country but I cant nowadays... I am seeing it every day living here. God help us all.

I think things are slowing somewhat in ND. I have a friend who came back out here and he has had a hell of a time finding a job (grant it he does have a CDL but does not want a driving position) but he has over a year XP as a roustabout and a few years as a driver. Almost every where he applied offered him $18 - $20/hr with no per diem, now Iam sure there are still good paying jobs hauling crude but this does seem to be a sign that things are slowing around here some.... At least in my opinion..
