UNFI....they used to be good to deliver at, especially the one in iowa city, i used to go to all the time with my last company, years ago i just backed in, they unloaded, no problem, then a couple of years ago so genius bean-counter decided to hire roadlink(a bunch of scumbags altogether) to do lumping service, then they went down hill.

C&S are funny if I get there with a whole truckload for them, they unload it in an hour or two, but if I have to unload at 2 or more C&S people I will never make it to the others on time.

Right now in fact I am already past my second drops time and I still haven't been unloaded at the first yet, I don't see how 6 pallets can possibly take 4 hours.

I work for a postal contractor but when I was over the road I made a delivery to the GMF in Detroit and as I found out later the load should have been there yesterday but thats when I picked it up so,after 18 or so hours I was finally unloaded. Now that I am involved with the post office I understand what happened . I missed my appointment so a new one had to be made and now that I'm in the door the merchandise is supposed to already be delivered so they are taking their time to unload it.If I ever went back on the road I would never take a postal load again. Now as I said I work for a contractor hauling U.S.MAIL and I get to the post office here, pick up mail and deliver it to Springfield,Ma. Then I pick up there and bring it back here. Total time at P.O. 1/2 hr
