Headed to Gary for flatbed orientation and running the 7/4 - 7/3 home time plus option out of Bensalem PA. Curious as to what type of freight and what lanes I can expect?

I think you're the first person I've ever heard of, doing that combination. You're probably gonna have to come back and tell us what you do. If I was gonna make something up, I'd suspect you'd have a lot of weeks of "Bring stuff from bensalem to wisconsin to deliver on Monday, pick up something random and go south with it, then pick up something steel-based, and drop in in the bensalem yard, and go home.

Hopefully east coasters can be of more help.

True, haven't met many 7/3- 7/4 guys in flatbed. A few 14/7 but not the 7/4. I'm with Moriarti, don't know much about it.

Just digging up an old thread. I'm doing the same thing, but out of Gary. I start orientation in WI on the 17th then to Gary for securement. I was just wondering how things were working out.

What is a 7/3 - 7/4 flatbed driver? Never heard of them.

Things are going well, decided to go national because I wanted my own truck and the miles/pay associated with it. Got almost 3 months doing that now and really like it.

My friend I know. I didn't know flatbed had a hometime fleet which is why I was being wise.
