If you log it as Off Duty, (not in the truck) or sleeper time, you should be OK. I did my logs on paper. A driver can only stand 15 hours a day for so long. After a while you become a danger. Don't choose a dollar over your rest Hand.

what part of {waiting to unload} shall be recorded as on-duty not driving ....do those CLOWNS that you drive for dont understand.. ?TRY to reread 395.2 (1) through (9) and maybe you could read out-loud to yourself 3 times 395.2(5) There really shouldnt be ANY confusion on whats legal... BTW you should also demand to be paid for all those hours you put in- not driving

No I'm based out of San Antonio so I got to get back to my base reset on my eight hour break so I can be available for tomorrow
I started at 430 am I'm looking like I will be loged off at 9pm I run dry bulk some times if there is a silo brake Down our problems we go off duty to save on duty and drive time to get back

We drive to feed ourselves & family. Burning hours will get you fired. Log keepers, electrionic or not, show a productive truck from a non productive truck. We are still slaves, it's just Satilite now.
