    that's the thing with Roehl, they micromanage and from time to time mismanage drivers, but all things considered they're a really good company. They treat you right where it matters, home time. Miles could be better, but you aren't asked to run illegal. Working at a company that operates mostly in the grey I appreciate how Roehl operates and the standards they have. Sure there are some things that I would do differently. Maybe I'll write a letter to Rick :)

    Yall should come work with me and Notez...Im telling ya...its nice...I get home every week...and if I want an extra day home I can get it (as long as I ain't under a load)....these guys are easy as hell to work for....and don't micro manage.......plus we are all on E logs so there is no running illegal.....but the money is decent...if not consistent......still better than roehl....
