What is an EOBR? If I had to guess it would be an auxillery power unit to prevent idling...
Where is a good place for me to purchase a surety bond? The state of Ohio requires I have a $30,000 surety bond to even be on the road.
Couple questions

Electronic On Board Recorder, like the black box on a plane.
They are really fond of Cherry Soda's but pour it slowly to let it spread evenly

i thought they get hot real fast they run better hanging out the window for circulation

Trying them behind a cars that says JUST MARRIED is good for circulation too. And it really adds to a full rich sound to the cans as you go down the road. Much like an orchestra performance when seeing the music being made is so much more enjoyable....

It is nothing more than an electronic log. You don't need one at this point. You can buy paper logs and do the same thing as an EOBR for a fraction of the money. I can't imagine why Ohio would require a surety bond to drive a class 8 truck. You should only be required to have auto liability insurance if you run your own authoirity. If you are leased to a carrier you will need bobtail insurance. -
EOBR's do a lot more than paper logs and they are nothing like the black box on an airplane .
An EOBR is constantly giving out data giving your location and speed as well as recording hard braking .
