I think they've hired too many new drivers so they can get that government money. No planners on duty at night and only 1 on the weekend. You could get more miles going the 48, but with winter coming on, I don't know. I got my year in and I'm lucky that my wife makes good money, it's about home time for me now and Mays old school about that. I know it seems like it's taking forever to get through your 1st year, but hang in there and doors will open.

Yea I figured I had to clarify that I picked up my new truck with 3700 miles and it has over 18 right now plus I put 700 on my international I had for two days. Its been a good month. But half of it went into savings because winter is coming up

A friend of mine that works for May told me that May is "testing" the APU's that work off batteries and run an AC unit. Anyone else heard that?

I had the climacab system on a cascadia at furniture row, it would work well if the outside temperature did not get above 85. After that, it would have to work too hard to cool and would exhaust the batteries in 6-7 hours, even with the middle curtain drawn. The technology is a good idea, but I don't think it has reached perfection yet. Perhaps a few more years.
