The lasting a year---depends on the $$$$. My chrystal ball is cloudy.

As far as never becoming a driver---would you care to place a wager on such? :biggrin_25519:

I am just curious.....if I am a 'know-it-all', then how could I be a nobody? Would not I know how to be a somebody? Would not I instruct those that do not know to group words that describe a noun with hyphens such as 'know-it-all' and 'son-of-a-pete'.....?

Okay, fine, let us get a disinterested third party who is from YOUR company and see what he says:

Kinda calling his shots also, aye?

THIS quote fits the definition I laid out in box one of this thread as being "helpful and informative", much more so than the 'he'll never be a driver/last a year' that you spewed .

Alright--I will award you some points. I called the Schneider "Screener" as she called herself--and YOU are CORRECT! The "Regional" runs can only be offered by a 'RECRUITER'. So yes, yet another wave of red tape to hack through. It is looking like I may be sent over the road as the 'screener' was intimating such saying how '...it all depends...'. This is a far cry from what the written job description that was emailed to me stated.

It still seems that Schneider is no worse than a 'just off the bottom' feeder. There are relatively few complaints on TTR compare to both other bottom feeders and for its size. Additionally, the screener told me that before I put the keys in the ignition of my van, I will know if I have a Regional Offer or not. Bottom feeders make you fly across the country and tell you what you get about the seventh day of orientation.

So your warnings to me about Schnedier helped me greatly! I am now shifting my focus in to getting on with an LTL outfit. I have to call my shots, ya know, so that Old Rocky Top Tennessee Trucker is happy....

Chico and the man, I already sent a private message to the forum police asking them to delete this post. They refused saying that there may be good information in it for others.

This is why I awarded Kmac points; others that read this will see that he had credence in his comments and that I was under false assumptions when I created this ad. Hence, the forum police are correct---if in only one case, me, learned more from this thread instead of making it dead.

Just remember pomises abound in the trucking advertising and it is what it is. Don't be too picky, take what you can (as you have in the past), and you'll gradually get better jobs and better pay! Best of luck!
