Your getting alot of poor info. PM Mitchtazz. He currently works for IRT and his previous employer was Knight out of Lakeland terminal. He can give you the comparison your looking for.

Go to Indian river. Good company to work for who will treat you right, the work is easy, all you do is drive. Appt times are not set in stone most of the time. Better equipment, less stress, better miles. No sliding tandems, paying for cat scales, sweeping out trailers, grocery warehouses, or any of the other bull that comes with a dry box or reefer. At IRT when there's a problem you just call the person who can fix it and it's done. Wherever you unload, you call and tell the dispatcher who covers that region which direction you wanna go in and if there's something going that way its yours.

Oh, and WAY LESS fighting with traffic when trying to get to a shipper or delivery, since most of them are in rural or suburban areas. You're not gonna find many dairies in the city. Very #### few
