    What state are you in?

    and what kind of tractor.

For my 07 Century, plates are like $1400 annually.

Good rule of thumb for insurance is about 3.4% (so their $33 / $10000 of value is seems way off.)

My plates are 1450 a year for base plates and 23-2600 for pro-rate plates witch allowes you to leave the state. 50 a month is common for bobtail for 2mill liability and about 130ish for full deductible for phys damage.

This will be Illinois and Missourri ( St.louis Area) the plates cover all states from what I understand. I have not bought a tractor yet, Im still waiting to fill out a speedsheet with all the correct info before I take the step of buying.

a "rough" draft from many months ago. Adjust the numbers as you see fit.

No, I don't share this spread sheet either. Too many complicated formula's to it and it's a LOT bigger than just this one sheet.

Thank you for sharing. Helps alot. If i understand cpm these local loads im talking about pay the truck $80.00 plus fuel surcharge. You can get atleast 4 a day and its about 10 miles round trip. So does that come out to $16.00 (1600cpm) a loaded mile.
